Should I book the blimp for the soft launch or the official grand opening?
Both — if you can. The soft launch weekend is when serious buyers who have been waiting for your community to open will visit. These are high-intent buyers who researched you during construction. A blimp on soft launch weekend captures them before they’ve committed to a competitor. The official grand opening weekend captures the broader awareness market. A two-weekend approach with a 25-ft blimp on both is ideal.
How much lead time do I need to book a launch weekend blimp?
We recommend 2–3 weeks minimum for launch weekends, especially in high-volume markets. Launch weekends are our most in-demand rental type. Contact us as soon as your launch date is confirmed.
Can I book blimps for a phase 2 or phase 3 opening within an existing community?
Yes — and phase openings are excellent blimp opportunities. Buyers who visited phase 1 but didn’t purchase are still in the market. A blimp announcing a new phase re-activates those buyers with a sense of urgency that a mailer or digital ad alone can’t create.
We’re opening in a market where we don’t have brand recognition. Does that affect how we should use the blimp?
