How early should I book the blimp before our grand opening?
Two to three weeks minimum. For spring (March–May) and fall (September–November) — the two peak 55+ search seasons — book four to six weeks out to guarantee your first-choice date and your largest size.
Should I keep the blimp flying after the grand opening weekend?
Yes. Step the size down, but keep the presence. Launch weekend: 25 ft. Weeks 2–4: 18 ft. Week 5 onward: 13 ft on a recurring weekly schedule. The transition from "event" to "consistent presence" is what 55+ buyers reward — they revisit communities that stay active.
Will it survive a windy weekend?
Our polyurethane is rated to sustained 25+ MPH winds. We tether to engineered ground anchors, not bare grass stakes. We've flown launches in monsoons and Santa Anas — the blimp comes home in the same shape it left.
