Custom Logo Blimp Questions
What file formats do you need for logo printing?
Vector formats are preferred — AI, EPS, or SVG files give us the cleanest reproduction at large scale. We can work with high-resolution PNG files (300 DPI or higher) as well. We do not recommend JPG files due to compression artifacts at large print sizes. Send your art director’s original source files when possible.
How closely can you match our exact brand colors?
Very closely. We work from Pantone color references when available, or from your brand guidelines. We’ve matched KB Home Pantone 116C yellow, Beazer orange, Lennar blue, and Tri Pointe’s precise white and black for years. Provide your Pantone codes or hex values and we’ll match them as closely as our print process allows.
Can a custom blimp be used for multiple communities?
Yes — and this is one of the best use cases for custom printing. A custom blimp with your builder logo and brand colors can be deployed across all your active communities sequentially. The blimp is yours for as long as the material holds — typically 3–5 years with proper care. We handle inflation and logistics at each community.
What’s the minimum order for custom-printed blimps?
We manufacture single custom blimps — there’s no minimum order. Many builders order one for each active community, or one per region, to allow simultaneous deployment. Contact us for volume pricing on multi-blimp orders.
How durable is the print on polyurethane?
Our print process is UV-resistant and holds color better in sun than comparable PVC prints. In our desert Arizona climate, we regularly see custom prints holding their color for 2–3 years of active use. Store the blimp properly between seasons and the print will outlast multiple sales cycles.
